Becky brings more than 25 years of experience helping organizations build stronger teams, navigate change, and connect people strategy to business priorities. Her experience spans both public and private organizations, from in-house HR and organizational leadership to serving as a Practice Director leading change and transformation consulting. Having worked on both sides of the table, Becky understands the realities leaders face inside an organization as well as what it takes to bring outside expertise in effectively.
